I’ve just decided to update my personal “style,” and chose to fill my closet with ankle-length cotton dresses from an on-line shop. I needed “perfect” shoes to go with these new frocks and I needed a comfortable /narrow/ shoe. These sandals have a slight “heel” that makes them so very comfortable. I liked my first pair (green) so much I reordered and got a black pair!

I happily ordered these shoes because I needed a pair of black flats and Clarks is one of my favorite brands. They are definitely pretty and the leather is soft, however, I was a bit disappointed. The first day I wore the shoes they pinched me on both big toes. The shoes were not too small because they slipped on and off with no problems, but there was definitely some pressure on both my big toes. I don’t have wide feet and usually have no problems with shoes purchased online or otherwise, but the space allocated was definitely limited. I finally got some shoe stretch liquid, and after using it for a few days, they are much more comfortable. I will not recommend this shoe, but I still have confidence in the Clark brand and will purchase again.

I battled for a long time over which pair of sandals (that’s what I call them) I wanted to get and finally decided on this one and a pair of Privos. These were great. They are great for walking and just excellent if you have to work on your feet all day. They are a nice pair of shoes to look at but they feel even better on your feet, very comfortable, and they are versatile, too. I wear size 11M and I was skeptical about the fit but they were just perfect. I was concerned about the squeaking because I read a review that said they squeaked and I know leather tends to do that when it’s threaded this way, but mine don’t squeak! And they’re made by Clarks! What more could you want?

Clarks are fairly well known for being on the small side for a given size, but that is not the case here. I ordered one size up as usual for this brand, and it was way too big, so returned it. Construction is good, although the leather was a little stiffer and thinner than expected. Nice looking shoe, too.

The concept is great; a heeled shoe with cushioning. The cushion is comfortable but he back of the shoe dug into my heel creating horrible blisters. I guess I could have broke it in at the expense of my feet but decided to return them.

I loved the quality of this shoe and I found the sizing to be true, however, the heel part is too wide and the shoe is constantly slipping off my heels. I have tried inserts for this problem and still it is too wide. I recommend if you have a narrow heel and have had this problem before with other shoes then I would say that this shoe would not be for you. I really love the look and feel of this shoe and wish I did not have this problem.
